City Slicker Sticker may use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of your orders, as detailed below. While we primarily rely on USPS for our shipping services, we maintain the flexibility to employ alternative carriers when necessary. This approach ensures the most efficient and reliable delivery of your order.

After placing your order, City Slicker Sticker will send you a confirmation email detailing your order.

 

Shipment Notification Email

Shipment notification from CSS:  After finalizing your order, you'll receive an email from CSS detailing your purchase. This email will include the order date, order number, and a complete summary of your items.

Shipment notification from USPS for First Class Mail:  For First Class Mail shipments, you will not receive a shipment notification email from USPS, as they don't currently offer notification services for First Class Mail services.

Shipment notification from USPS for Priority Mail:  For Priority Mail shipments, you will receive a Shipment Notification email containing the carrier's name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date. You can track your package by clicking the tracking number link, which will direct you to the carrier's website.

If other carriers are used for shipping your order, communication will be provided to you at the discretion of CSS and based on the availability of such communication from the carrier being used.

Tracking Identification from USPS for First Class Mail:  For First Class Mail shipments, you will not receive a shipment notification email from USPS, as they don't currently offer Tracking services for First Class Mail services.

Signature may be required

Certain orders may require a signature for delivery depending on the dollar amount.

If your shipment requires a signature, the carrier will follow their standard procedures for obtaining signatures upon delivery.

If a signature is required and you are unable to receive the package, please make an alternative arrangement with the delivery company.

 

Lost Packages

CSS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once a package is transferred to, or in possession of, a mail or package carrier, CSS is no longer liable for its contents or any non-delivery issues, regardless of the destination. Mail or package carriers include, but are not limited to, USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact CSS. CSS will verify if the package was given to a mail carrier. Once a package is transferred to a mail carrier, CSS no longer holds responsibility for its contents or any non-delivery issues.

Please lodge a formal complaint with the mail carrier responsible for your package.

Shipping in the U.S.

CSS ships items to verified U.S. street addresses. CSS will not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

CSS does not support, nor provide the ability to ship items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses.

To ship items to an additional address, please place a separate order.

 

Sales to U.S. territories

CSS will ship your order to a US territory if your billing address is within one of the following:

  • American Samoa
  • Armed Forces Americas
  • Armed Forces Africa
  • Armed Forces Canada
  • Armed Forces Europe
  • Armed Forces Middle East
  • Armed Forces Pacific
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

 

Sales outside the United States

CSS ships items to verified street addresses in countries where it's possible to create stickers on the CSS website. Those countries are:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • England
  • Ireland
  • New Zealand
  • Northern Ireland
  • Scotland
  • Wales

CSS will not ship to P.O. Box addresses in the countries listed above.
