In Case of a Refund / Replacement

 

Returns & Refunds

Each sticker is custom-made for individual orders, and returns or refunds are only possible under specific circumstances, as described below. Once the customer confirms the order by clicking the "confirmation" button in both the product and payment sections, the sale is final.

Customers have 14 calendar days from the receipt date to return an item. Returns must be postmarked by the 14th day after receipt. Only items purchased directly from the CSS website that are deemed to have production errors made by CSS qualify for potential returns.

Please ensure that the returned item(s) are repackaged and free from defects. Returned stickers must not be peeled back from the paper. Any stickers peeled back from the paper are not eligible under any circumstance to be returnable to CSS.

Please note, notwithstanding any provisions stated in CSS's Terms and Conditions or otherwise implied elsewhere, CSS retains complete and full discretion over all returns.

Potential production errors that may qualify for a return:

  • The text on the sticker does not match the text from the customer's order.

  • The physical attributes of the sticker do not correspond with what is shown on the CSS website.

  • The coloring is significantly different from what the customer ordered.

Additional considerations:

  • Please note that desktop monitors, laptop screens, and almost all handheld devices use the Hex/RGB color method. Printing utilizes the CMYK color method. Due to these different methods of achieving colors, there may be a difference in the appearance of the Hex/RGB color displayed on a screen versus the physical CMYK color produced by printing.
  • CSS will not be responsible for or replace a sticker if any color or combination of colors differs from what the customer believed they ordered and what was printed. Customers are solely responsible for and must do their due diligence to understand the differences between the Hex/RGB color displayed on the device from which they made their purchase and printed CMYK colors. CSS uses professional printers equipped with high-quality equipment, materials, and ink. As long as CSS's printers adhere to industry-standard methods for printing and use high-quality equipment, materials, and ink, their final printed product will be considered an industry-standard final product, beyond dispute. CSS reserves the sole discretion to dispute the quality of any aspects of the sticker, including but not limited to the quality of the printed colors. CSS also reserves the sole discretion to consider any stickers as final and meeting the standards of professional production quality of similar industry-type products.
  • If a customer disputes that the colors of a printed sticker are significantly different from their expectations, the issue will be resolved using a standard physical color palette. CSS will perform a visual inspection of a physical swatch that matches the Hex/RGB color chosen by the customer from the CSS website, and then compare it to the disputed color of the printed sticker in question.
  • It is at the sole discretion of CSS to determine whether or not such a claim of coloring is "significantly different" from what the customer ordered.  
  • If CSS determines that the printed CMYK color on the disputed sticker is not significantly different in appearance from the Hex/RGB color on a color palette, then the customer's request for a return or refund will be denied.
  • If CSS determines that the printed CMYK color on the disputed sticker is significantly different in appearance from the Hex/RGB color on a color palette, then CSS will provide the customer with instructions on how to receive a replacement or refund.

Legal Disclaimer:
CSS does not guarantee color accuracy for printed stickers. As mentioned above, there are differences between the visible RGB (Red, Green, Blue) colors on screens like computer monitors and handheld devices, and the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) colors used in printing. These differences can and often do result in colors that appear different to the naked eye. CSS does not guarantee whether expressly, indirectly, or otherwise implied that the colors on the customer's screen will match the colors of their printed sticker(s). Customers should be aware of potential color discrepancies. Under no circumstances will CSS be held responsible for color differences or discrepancies reported by any customer. As such, CSS is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or providing any other form of compensation for the customer's sticker purchase due to possible color discrepancies as mentioned here, or in any other capacity. This includes, but is not limited to, stickers when first received, stickers after initial adherence to an object, or any other time during the entirety of the sticker's lifespan.

 

If you believe you have a claim for returning an item or items, please contact CSS with an explanation of the issue. CSS will review the claim as soon as possible and respond with further instructions.

CSS is not responsible for any consequences, whether implied or explicit, that result from the normal use, misuse, or misconduct of the product once it has been received and is in the customer's possession. Upon receipt of their sticker(s), customers acknowledge that CSS holds no liability for any wrongdoing, mischief, illegal activity, or any intentional or unintentional repercussions of product usage, whether expressly, indirectly, or otherwise implied.

 

In Case of a Refund / Replacement

In either case of a Refund or a Replacement, CSS will provide the customer with a Refund / Replacement Form. The Refund / Replacement Form must be completed by the customer, which will stipulate their choice of action.

  • In either case (Refund or Replacement), all stickers must be returned to CSS.
  • All Returns must be postmarked by the 14th day after receipt, or the Return will not be accepted.
  • If all stickers are not returned to CSS, or any discrepancy is discovered, CSS will notify the customer as such and thusly address the issue.
  • It is the customers' responsibility to communicate with CSS to resolve any such issues. It is not CSS' responsibility to assume what a customer desires in any situation. CSS must have confirmation from the customer before the issue(s) at hand will be resolved.
  • If the customer fails to provide sufficient communication to CSS, the issue will be considered unresolved until such time proper communication has been executed by the customer.
  • CSS will retain unresolved issues for 30 days from when they were first made known to CSS.
  • If after 30 days, a sufficient resolution has not been made, CSS reserves the right to close said issue(s) and will consider the transaction complete.
  • At such time, CSS will no longer be required to take any further action regarding said issue(s).

Returning a product can only be done if the conditions as set forth in the section labeled "Returns and Refunds" have been met.

To the extent these conditions have not been met, returning a product may not be done.

Please note: CSS reserves the right to deny any request for reshipment on the basis of, but not limited to, forgery, falsification of facts, etc.

CSS will not make a replacement shipment until the incorrect shipment is received by CSS.

In the event the shipment being returned to CSS is not received in full, CSS will notify the customer of the discrepancy. The customer will either have to pay for the missing stickers or determine which sticker(s) they would like to exclude from the replacement order.

First Class or Priority Mail

Shipment Notification Email

CSS doesn't rely on a specific mail carrier, but USPS is often the preferred choice.

When using USPS for shipping, packages are typically sent via either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. The choice of shipping method is at the sole discretion of CSS.

USPS First Class does not provide shipment notifications, however, Priority Mail does. When your shipment is sent via USPS Priority Mail, you will receive a Shipment Notification email. This email will contain the carrier's name, tracking number, and an estimated delivery date. To track your package, click on the tracking number link, which will redirect you to the carrier's website.

If CSS uses a different carrier, we will ensure the customer receives the best possible communication about their sticker delivery.

 

Estimated Tax

The Sales Tax listed on the checkout page is only an estimate. The final Sales Tax will be reflected on your invoice and will include any state and local sales taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees.
